Soak the teacher, beat the keeper and staff v student netball were just some of the activities that took place to raise money for Red Nose Day and Taunton’s Open Door charity.
.
Thank you to all those who helped support or participated in the activities, it was very much appreciated. The staff were victorious in the netball, which perhaps made up for also having to volunteer for a soaking! The grand total raised was an incredible £629.

The sports ambassadors and Year 11 leaders listed below were absolutely amazing and literally made the day happen by selecting the activities, helping to plan, meeting staff, setting up and running the activities: Max, Leo, Alissa, Callan, Menzi, Louie, Reagan, Alasdair and Eimantas. Aimee, Wess and Emily also assisted but weren’t present for the photo.

Lana W in Year 11 won the bake off competition with her amazing Red Nose Day themed cake and cup cakes. We then sold them to staff and raised £30.
